Issue this week.

I was planning on skipping out on publishing inter alia this week because I had not yet received much in the way of submissions and because I am lazy. But the inimitable Ritchie Eppink sent me a campaign advertisement for the upcoming election last night. And because the election takes place one week from Wednesday, and because Ritchie and Taylor are apparently orating on Monday, I thought it would be nice to publish this week after all.
